In the role of Line Cook Prep Cook, you consistently provide our guests with an outstanding dining experience, which is achieved by adhering to our standards of quality and service. Responsibilities As a Line Cook Prep Cook you will be responsible for, but not limited to · Upholding the highest quality standards for food and service · Ensuring training and proper supervision of Team Members on all restaurant procedures · Building and maintaining a productive partnership with all restaurant personnel · Preparing all products to company set recipes and standards · Managing daily production goals · Working a variety of shifts throughout the week · Ordering supplies · Maintenance of equipment · Supporting front of house where needed · Preparing “Special” orders for guests with dietary or allergy restrictions. · Maintaining food production areas in a sanitary manner · Following all Local Health Department guidelines · Reporting any unsafe equipment to Management immediately · Reporting any food safety violations to Management immediately Job Type: Part-time Part-time hours: 15 per week Salary: $15.00-$18.00 per hour Additional pay: Tips Benefits: Discounted or free food Schedule: Evening shift Night shift Ability to commute/relocate: Windsor, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required) Experience: Cooking: 1 year (preferred) Licence/Certification: Food Safe, SafeCheck, Food Handler or equivalent (preferred)
