Job Overview: We are seeking a versatile and dynamic Operations and Sales Coordinator to support production, graphic design, sales, e-commerce, and customer service functions for our promotional products company. This role is critical in ensuring smooth operations, driving sales growth, optimizing our online presence, and delivering exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities: Production: Graphic Design: Create logos, marketing materials, and promotional product designs using Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.). Assist in the production process for orders, ensuring products meet quality standards and deadlines. Support production scheduling, manage inventory levels, and collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely procurement of materials. Troubleshoot production issues and work with the team to implement solutions. Sales and Business Development: Assist in the development and execution of sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Help identify and pursue new business opportunities, manage client relationships, and negotiate contracts. Prepare sales reports, track performance metrics, and provide insights for strategy adjustments. E-commerce Management: Oversee the company’s e-commerce platform, ensuring it is user-friendly, up-to-date, and optimized for conversions. Manage online product listings, update product information, and ensure accurate pricing. Collaborate with the marketing team to execute digital campaigns, analyze web traffic, and enhance online visibility. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction. Manage customer orders from start to delivery, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment. Gather customer feedback and work with relevant teams to improve products and services. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or College Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Operations Management, or a related field (preferred). Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, with a strong focus on graphic design, production, sales, e-commerce, and customer service. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.) for graphic design tasks is essential. Experience with production processes, sales strategies, and e-commerce platforms. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure. Proficiency in relevant software applications, including Excel, WordPress, and CRM systems. Preferred Skills: Experience in the promotional products industry or a related field.
