Eplatform business solutions Inc. is HR staffing company focusing in manufacturing sector. Manufacturing Specialist Duties: Develop and implement the Quality Management Plan, including quality objectives, processes, and documentation requirements. (Team leader only) Conduct quality audits and inspections of work processes, materials, and deliverables to ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards. Identify and address non-conformities and deviations, and initiate corrective and preventive actions. Coordinate with project teams and subcontractors to ensure quality standards are understood and adhered to throughout the project lifecycle. Monitor and track quality performance metrics, analyzing trends and recommending improvements. Liaise with certification bodies and regulatory authorities to ensure compliance with relevant quality standards and regulations. Oversee the implementation of quality control measures during construction, installation, and commissioning phases. Create and develop suitable processes that respect both the specific language requirements as well as our Customers’ needs We are looking for people: Fluent in English Bachelor's degree in engineering, operations management, or a related field. Have proven experience (5-10 years) in Manufacturing Quality (Press, welding, machining etc,.) management, preferably in a supervisory or leadership role. Solid knowledge of Quality Management System such as Quality Audit, Certification, Qualification etc., lean methodologies, and Quality planning Demonstrated experience in driving continuous improvement initiatives and implementing best practices to enhance operational efficiency and quality. Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a high-performing team. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret production data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a strong focus on achieving results. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
