What to consider before applying This is a remote position, requiring the ability to work virtually. #LI-Remote. This role requires the candidate to be fluent in French and English. This role doesn't support completion of the Canadian CPA designation The Canada Acceleration Centre (CAC) services all Canadian time zones, therefore business hours will vary, and overtime is required. Purpose-led work you'll be part of As an Administrative Coordinator, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. The main role for the Tax Administrative Coordinator will be to coordinate our Local Offices' staff and partners with our AC in order to ensure a smooth completion of all tasks related to the administration of our clients. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Oversee timely completion and execution of client deliverables: Initiate the internal onboarding processes for new client files Assist with generating engagement letters for all clients on a timely basis, coordinating with AC Assist staff with scanning or uploading files that will be sent to AC Transferring information received from clients (either electronically or paper into CCM) Prepare deliverables (emails/packages) with attachments for Managers and Partners to send, or coordinate the deliverable process with SDC or the Business Centre Coordinate CRA filings (electronic or paper) with AC Monitor file status; alerting engagement teams of transitions to and from AC teams; following up on outstanding/not started engagements Provide access to CCM for varying staff levels including AC team as required Regularly maintain and update client listings Keep staff updated of tax software and possible technical problems Experiences and skills you'll use to solve Proven track record in providing support to a large volume of clients Strong focus on enhancing the client experience, building a high level of trust.
