Roles and Responsibilities Act as a liaison between the Supervisor and Front desk personnel. Prepare and distribute computer reports for Inspectors and Supervisors including sign-in/sign-off sheets, turn down lists and discrepancy report. Monitor all key, pager, radio and equipment usage. Follow up on guest satisfaction and or concerns regarding their stay. Attend all HR and department training sessions. Provide data for ordering and maintaining par stock levels. Record and ensure lost and found procedures. Monitor amenities for guest rooms. Attend all pre-shifts. Able to work all shifts, weekends and holidays. Qualifications Grade 12 or equivalent. Previous experience in housekeeping an asset. Previous administrative experience an asset. Data entry and excel will be tested. Ability to read, write and communicate effectively both orally and in writing. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Physical effort requiring manual dexterity is occasionally required (i.e., between 5% and 25% of time on the job). Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, ascend and descend stairs as required. Ability to work longer hours as required. Must be able to work all shifts. Ability to sit and stand for prolonged periods of time.
