Job description 4 CORNERS MARKETING is a marketing agency that specializes in Sales and Donor Acquisition, Marketing and Brand Awareness, and Customer Service for small to large businesses and organizations. We are in immediate need of Sales & Customer Service Representatives to join our growing team. Job Type: Monday to Friday. Successful candidates will be trained by our enthusiastic experienced managers and have equal opportunities to advance in the company. Compensation: Guaranteed base pay Annual commission-based salary ranges from $50,000 to $100,000 (including bonuses) Travel opportunities across Canada and the US where our offices are located Rapid internal promotion structure available Responsibilities: Providing the target audiences with information regarding our campaigns Serving as a brand ambassador while professionally and enthusiastically representing clients Handle stakeholders inquiries and complaints Implement sales and marketing campaigns via direct sales and marketing Troubleshoot and resolve marketing issues and concerns Document and update customer records based on interactions Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving organizations and their services Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent at the minimum Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields Ability to build rapport with clients Ability to prioritize and multitask Positive and professional demeanour Excellent verbal communication skills Please submit an updated copy of your resume for consideration.
