OBIAA Handbook

All members are invited to read the Ontario BIA Association handbook, which details the role of the province, the responsibilities of local boards, managing and operating a BIA and other economic development tools as well as a wealth of other information that would be of interest to anyone who belongs to a BIA.

OBIAA Accessibility Handbook

The OBIAA also makes available an AODA (Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act) guide, developed and designed specifically for BIAs, that highlights essential information on the AODA, the case for accessibility, best practices and useful tips and other frequently asked questions.

Return ON Investment of BIAs Study

BIAs are of great importance to the economic, social and cultural realms of municipalities throughout the province. The report provides a picture of what this contribution actually looks like – this details exactly how critical BIAs are to our communities, and also gives insight on how we might improve in the days, weeks and years to come.

Cannabis Act

Bill 47 – Making Ontario Open for Business Act
