In September 2019, a report on the centralization of social need was presented. It aimed to determine the location of social services, analyze the impact of concentration of social services in the core (and any possible alternatives in the event of negative impact), as well as to analyze how Windsor’s location of its social services compare to other similarly sized cities throughout the province.
