Program Overview
In the spring and fall, the Downtown Windsor BIA (DWBIA) offers its members the opportunity to beautify their businesses by participating in our floral and plant beautification program.
We invite you to join our efforts in making downtown Windsor a vibrant and attractive place to work, live and play.
Eligibility
This program is available only to downtown merchants, owners and tenants of buildings used for commercial purposes located within the DWBIA boundaries.
How It Works
The DWBIA will match 50% of all plant, plant materials, planter and flower purchases, for the express purposes of beautifying downtown commercial businesses, up to a maximum of $250 excluding HST.
