Winter Floral Beautification Program

The Downtown Windsor BIA (DWBIA) is, once again, extending its Floral Beautification Program to include this year’s winter season, providing more opportunities for its members to beautify the exterior of their businesses and Windsor’s downtown through the Winter Beautification Program.

We invite all commercial merchants, owners, and tenants within the DWBIA’s boundaries to join us in helping make Windsor’s downtown a more attractive place to work, live and play.         

The DWBIA will match 50% of all wreaths, garlands, ribbons, winter baskets, planters and plant materials and twinkle lighting for the express purpose of beautifying the exterior of downtown commercial businesses, up to a maximum of $200 excluding HST.
