Our vendors produce their products in Windsor and Essex County, which in turn supports our regional economy.

The food at the market is local, grown using methods that minimize negative impacts on the earth through the use of ecologically friendly techniques.

This is the produce that comes from the land in our area, cultivated by the farmers you’ll meet here. This is the most delicious and nutritious bounty you can find.

The market is full of family friendly activities including food demonstrations, samples, and entertainers.

Thanks to the generosity of Windsor’s Arts, Culture + Heritage Fund you can stop by our Kids Corner so your little one can have arts & crafts fun with Amy & April!

The Downtown Windsor Farmers Market is supported by the Government of Canada’s Emergency Community Support Fund and WindsorEssex Community Foundation.

The map below shows our Market Centre (at Pelissier & Maiden Lane, where you’ll find our Information Booth) and the green lines indicate where you can find street parking. For more information about street and lot parking in Windsor, please visit here.

Our market is also a short walk away from the Transit Windsor International Terminal (marked on the map below with the Transit Windsor logo) so you can get here from pretty much any bus route!

We’d love to hear from you, whether you’ve got questions, comments or concerns.
